Simply Ask is Freedom Food’s campaign to get people asking about animal welfare when eating out.  This very simple action shows restaurants that we care about farm animals and encourages them to think about where their ingredients come from.

Whilst barren battery cages have been banned in Europe, the new ‘enriched’ battery cages still offer each hen no more usable space than an A4 sheet of paper and do not meet the birds' full behavioural and physical needs.
